When will my order ship?
- Orders will ship within 3-5 business days, if not sooner.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
My order is incorrect, or I'm missing an item.
- First please check your receipt or invoice to be sure you were charged for the item.

My item arrived defective, now what?
- If the item arrives and there is an issue please message us at [email protected]. We will only look into the issue if it is presented to us within 5 days of receiving your item(s).
How do I exchange something?
- We do not exchange items. If you are needing a different size or another item please place another order.
